News story: Haba Launches New Mums Club

HABA is stepping up its consumer awareness campaign as part of its Retailer Support Programme introduced last year, with the launch of an internet-based HABA Mums Club, which promises to raise brand awareness and increase sales for retailers.

HABA Mums’ Club is unlike an ordinary company website in that it is led by a team of Ambassadors – all mums with children – who have been invited to sample and review products from HABA’s huge catalogue of wooden toys, soft toys, puzzles and games and give honest and unbiased opinions about the products. The site offers latest HABA news and regular competitions, plus the opportunity for parents to comment and contribute their own experiences of HABA toys.

Martin Nield, HABA’s UK Manager, comments: “More and more parents are communicating via social media these days and while HABA’s company website is a great place for them to obtain product and retail information, HABA Mums’ Club offers a friendly and open forum for parents to share experiences without feeling that they are being targeted by a sales pitch.

“The product reviews on the HABA Mums’ Club are honest and constructive and give parents an insight as to the type of toys that their own children might enjoy and is the ideal place for retailers to direct customers too when looking for more information about HABA toys.”
